I am taking treatments from Diego since 2019 when he used to work in London for my sciatica pain. His treatments worked like a magic. He always knows the exact problem and treat according to the need. Over the time I suffered from more muscle aches. I am still consulting and taking treatments from him regularly. His clinic is in hasting now and I drive 2 hours from london to hasting to take treatment from Diego just because he is an excellent osteopath and I feel better after every treatment. So it’s clear how much I am satisfied and believe in his treatments. There are thousands osteopaths in london, among them I tried many and I felt like its just waste of time and money. Diego is well experienced osteopath and I believe no one will be disappointed with his treatment. His clinic is nice, clean and accessible. I highly recommend Diego at Viva Movement, I have been seeing him for the past few years both for flare-ups of existing conditions and also for regular maintenance treatments. I have worked with many osteopaths over the years but he is by far the best: attentive, thorough, good at adapting to what your needs are, and giving aftercare advice. Diego at Viva was recommended to me by two friends - one of 55 and one of 90 - and they were absolutely right. He’s brilliant, whatever your age. I’m 76 and was worried my old arthritic bones might be too fragile for osteopathy. But Diego’s gentle treatment works. My backache’s gone in three sessions. He’s also given me exercises to look after my back and strengthen my knees now that I’ve signed off. But the great thing is I know where to go if my bones start playing up again. I suffered a slipped lumbar disk which trapped my sciatic nerve, causing pain at a level I had never previously experienced, together with severely impaired muscle use affecting my right leg and foot. I was recommended to Diego, who diagnosed the root cause immediately, even though multiple visits to GP were still insisting the root cause to be "arthritis". Over the past four months Diego has continued my treatment of massage, physical manipulation and acupuncture, along with guidance on appropriate home-based stretching exercises. This has gradually restored muscular control and reduced pain to a manageable level. During this period, Diego has been supportive and knowledgeable in providing treatment and reassurance. Recently, I funded an MRI scan and consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon, who confirmed Diego's whole treatment plan has been absolutely correct and appropriate. From my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Diego highly.
